Our Courses

Our courses are designed to provide educational information about pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. While I bring professional expertise and passion to every session, I can’t provide specific medical advice. If you have any concerns about your pregnancy or health, please consult your midwife, GP, or another healthcare professional.

My course content is based on up-to-date research and best practices at the time of teaching. However, it’s always good to seek a variety of perspectives and make the best decision for you and your family.

Payment & cancellations

Payment for sessions need to be paid 1 week in advance to secure your spot. If you cancel within 48 hours before the class starts you can move your session to another date. Before this time you will be entitled to a full refund.

Liability & Disclaimer

Our course is about preparing yourself with knowledge and confidence for your birth. However, it’s important to note:

• Antenatal education and hypnobirthing are not medical advice and should be used alongside the guidance of healthcare professionals.

• Sw Pre & Postnatal is not responsible for birth outcomes. Every birth is unique, and while our course can help you feel prepared, I can’t guarantee a specific experience.

• You are responsible for your own well-being during the course. If you feel unwell, please seek medical attention.

• If you have any preexisting psychological or medical conditions that could be impacted by using hypnobirthing techniques (eg. psychosis, personality disorders, severe phobias, problems with blood pressure etc.) please consult your GP before booking.

Your personal information will be handled with care and never shared with third parties without your consent. By booking, you agree to receive course-related emails. You’re welcome to unsubscribe from promotional content at any time.

All course materials, including handouts, worksheets, and online resources, are copyrighted and owned by SW pre & post natal education.. These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without prior permission. Any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Additionally, all content on our website, including text, images, and branding, is protected by copyright laws. You are welcome to refer to our materials for personal use, but any commercial use or modification requires written consent.
