Pregnancy relaxation session at 'At The Farm' workspace, Sparkford, South Somerset
Our relaxation sessions are designed to help you establish a calming routine throughout your pregnancy and to develop relaxation techniques that may then be beneficial during labour. These sessions combine pregnancy relaxation with a talk and discussion on a birth education topic. A great opportunity to meet other expecting parents!

1:1 antenatal education power hour
These 1:1 sessions offer calm, evidence-based preparation tailored to your unique pregnancy and the birth you want. With space to ask questions, explore options, and build confidence, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your body works in labour and how to make informed decisions that feel right for you. Whether you want to put together your birth plan, or gain a good understanding of your birth rights, these sessions are completely flexible to you. We can arrange a time that works best for you and your birth partner, and it can take place in the comfort of your own home, in a coffee shop, or via zoom, whichever suits your needs best!
£40 for the first hour and £20 for each additional hour.

Bumps, babies, brews (and walk!) - ‘Teals’, South Cadbury
Join us for a relaxed walk and chat, followed by coffee and cake at Teals, South Cadbury. This is run twice a month. Perfect for bumps and babies — a lovely chance to enjoy some fresh air and meet and connect with other parents. Let us know you are coming, following the booking link below!

Pilates for you and your baby
Led by hanmat.movement, these sessions offer simple, mindful movement designed to help you build strength from the inside out. There’s no pressure, just space to move, breathe, and recharge. Expect gentle guidance, supportive options, and a calm, welcoming environment where you can listen to your body and go at a pace that feels right for you. Georgina, a post-natal educator, will be on hand to answer any questions or to help with any little ones so you can enjoy the session (also feel free to step in and out as you need to!)
